Housekeeping is not on a fixed schedule for long stays. It is $140 a clean, with fresh linens and towels, and you decide whether that is weekly, fortnightly, or once at the end.
Letters, parcels and prescriptions can all be sent here. It is the first thing guests ask before a long stay, and the answer has always been yes.
The questions that decide a three month booking are rarely about the view. They are about the pharmacy, the airport, and whether you need a car.

Our minimum is one week with Saturday arrivals, so anything past that is an extended stay. For a month or a season, contact us directly so we can put you in the right unit rather than whatever the calendar happens to offer.

Yes. Utilities, Wi-Fi and parking are in the rate, with one space per unit and overflow parking near the road for a second car or visiting family. Nothing is settled up at the end.
There is a shared guest laundry on the property, available to everyone staying at the inn.
Yes, throughout your stay. Letters, deliveries and prescriptions can all be addressed to you here.
All eleven, though the two bedroom suites and the Bougainvillea Cottage give you more room to spread out over several months. Tell us how long you are staying and we will suggest the ones that work.
